Gazer Warranty — terms of warranty service

Gazer Warranty Policy

Gazer provides a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase.

According to our warranty policy, we undertake to perform free repairs in case of defects or malfunctions caused by manufacturing faults during the warranty period.

To receive warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  • Compliance with the user manual instructions and correct installation and operation of the system.

  • The factory serial number label must remain on the device housing.

  • The product must show no signs of mechanical damage or unauthorized interference.

  • A proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or online store listed on the official Gazer website must be provided.

  • Warranty seals and original serial labels must be intact and unmodified.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects – any failures or malfunctions resulting from production errors.

  • Failure of components (main unit, sensors, remotes, sirens, or other electronic modules) due to factory defects or normal component wear.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Mechanical damage caused by improper installation, impact, dropping, or liquid ingress.

  • Cable or connector damage due to incorrect wiring, connection, or installation.

  • Failures caused by exposure to moisture, dust, corrosion, extreme temperatures, or dirt.

  • Damage due to external factors, such as short circuits, voltage instability, lightning strikes, fire, flooding, or other natural disasters.

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly performed by third parties.

  • Use of non-original accessories or components not approved by Gazer.

  • Incorrect connection to the vehicle’s electrical system or integration with incompatible devices.

  • Use of the product for commercial purposes or under conditions beyond standard operational limits.

Additional terms

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to conduct an independent inspection of the product prior to providing warranty service to verify authenticity and confirm that damage was not caused intentionally.
  • If violations of operating conditions are detected, the manufacturer may refuse or limit warranty service.
  • The warranty becomes void if the product was purchased from unauthorized dealers, car salons, or online stores not listed among Gazer’s official partners.
